Ingrid Enstad is the warm and welcoming first point of contact at Litowich Law. As the firm’s lead receptionist and intake specialist, she helps prospective clients feel heard, supported, and understood from the very beginning. Before joining the firm, Ingrid worked in a fast-paced casino environment handling money—experience that sharpened her attention to detail, professionalism, and calm under pressure.

Ingrid is an exceptional listener with a natural ability to connect with people. She takes the time to understand each caller’s situation and thoughtfully identify when their needs align with the firm’s values and services. Her insight helps set the foundation for strong, productive attorney–client relationships and ensures that clients start their legal journey with clarity and confidence.

Outside the office, Ingrid enjoys spending time with her daughter and their growing collection of unique and interesting pets.
